The zeolite rotary adsorption and concentration unit adopts three continuous procedures of adsorption desorption concentration incineration, which are mainly used for the treatment of organic waste gas; especially suitable for the occasion of large air volume and low concentration. The adsorption device takes ceramic fiber as the base material, and is made into a large disc wheel system with honeycomb shape, and the wheel surface is coated with hydrophobic zeolite as the adsorbent. Zeolite wheel adsorption and concentration device is mainly composed of waste gas pretreatment system, molecular sieve wheel concentration and absorption system, desorption system, cooling and drying system and automatic control system. Generally, there is a post-processing system behind the runner.
The main body of zeolite runner is a rotating wheel filled with adsorbent, which is divided into three areas, namely adsorption area, regeneration area and cooling area. The organic waste gas is introduced into the adsorption area by the blower, in which the organic pollutants are adsorbed and the gas is purified and discharged. Then, the adsorbent rotates to the regeneration area. In the process of contacting with high temperature air, VOCs is desorbed and flows out with the regeneration air. At the same time, the adsorbent is regenerated. After regeneration, the adsorbent is cooled in the cooling area, and then rotated to the adsorption area for adsorption again. With the rotation of the runner, the adsorbent periodically adsorbs, desorbs and cools to realize the purification of organic waste gas.
