Bag Filter


Introduction   Bag filter is generally referred to as a bag filter, which is a dry dust filter device. It is suitable for trapping fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt, and the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filtering effect of the fiber fabric. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag filter, the dust with large particles and specific gravity is affected by gravity Settle down and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing the finer dust passes through the filter material, the dust is trapped and the gas is purified.



(1)  The dust removal efficiency is high, generally over 99%, and the dust concentration of the gas at the outlet of the dust collector is within tens of mg / m3, which has a high classification efficiency for fine dust with submicron particle size.
  The treatment air volume has a wide range, the small one is only 1min m3, the large one is up to 1min tens of thousands of M3, which can be used for industrial furnace flue gas dedusting and reduce the emission of air pollutants.
  It has simple structure and convenient maintenance and operation.
  Under the premise of ensuring the same high dedusting efficiency, the cost is lower than that of the electrostatic precipitator.
  When high temperature resistant filter materials such as glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene and P84 are used, they can operate at high temperature above 200 ℃.
  It is not sensitive to dust characteristics and is not affected by dust and resistance.

With the development of bag filter technology and the increasing requirements of environmental protection, the application of bag filter is more and more extensive. At present, bag filter can be used to deal with high temperature, high humidity, bonding, explosion, abrasive flue gas, and even to filter the air containing ultra-fine dust.
1. High temperature and humidity gas.
Through proper treatment of the flue gas of the system, the high temperature flue gas with a temperature of 1200-1400 ℃ can be treated.
2. Cohesive dust.
The adsorption efficiency is 92-99%.
3. Explosive dust.
In short, it is to control the composition and eliminate the fire; eliminate static electricity and equipment grounding; monitor explosion-proof and fire-fighting.
4. Corrosive gas.
In the selection of filter material, According to the characteristics of corrosive substances produced by the flue gas, the corresponding filter materials shall be used, and the important parts of the bag filter shall be made of stainless steel or coated with anti-corrosion paint.
5. Abrasive dust.
The pre dedusting device shall be set before the flue gas enters the bag filter to strictly control the flow velocity at the inlet of the filter bag, and wear-resistant materials shall be added at the place where the air flow is easy to grind.
