Paint spraying waste gas is mainly composed of two parts, one is liquid paint mist, and the other is gaseous VOC. For liquid paint mist, a paint mist removal device is needed; but for insoluble water VOCs, industrial mature technology should still be "active carbon adsorption + photocatalytic oxidation desorption combined exhaust gas purification system".

At present, dry paint mist purification is used in 80% of spray booths in developed countries in Europe and the United States. An important reason is the comprehensive consideration of environmental protection. In addition, dry paint mist purification also shows great advantages in ensuring paint spraying performance, purification efficiency, reducing secondary pollution, and reducing operating costs.

2, activated carbon exhaust gas purification treatment device
Activated carbon exhaust gas purifier is a dry exhaust gas treatment equipment. It consists of a box body and an adsorption unit filled in the box body. Different specifications can be combined according to the number of adsorption units and air volume. Different fillers for activated carbon exhaust gas purifiers can handle a variety of different exhaust gases, and are mainly used for the purification of organic exhaust gases such as paint.
 
For purified exhaust gas with a concentration lower than 1000mg / m3, it meets GB16297-1996 "Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants". This device is an activated carbon adsorption device, which needs to be used together with an activated carbon regeneration system (using a nano-photocatalytic oxidation device). The main advantages of the activated carbon adsorption device are: high adsorption efficiency, low operating cost, convenient maintenance, and ability to process multiple mixed exhausts at the same time.
 
3. Photocatalytic oxidation purification device
Because activated carbon has the characteristics of being able to be regenerated, in the case of large amount of activated carbon, high exhaust gas concentration, and short time of adsorption saturation of activated carbon, the activated carbon desorption device can be used to recycle the activated carbon (the desorption medium can use steam). Using an activated carbon desorption device can not only save operating costs, but also recover the adsorbed exhaust gas while avoiding secondary pollution
