The principle of RCO regenerative catalytic combustion method is as follows: firstly, the adsorption of VOC molecules on the catalyst increases the concentration of reactants; secondly, the activation energy of the reaction is reduced and the reaction rate is increased in the catalytic oxidation stage. With the help of the catalyst, the organic waste gas can be burned without oxygen at a lower ignition temperature, decomposed into CO2 and H2O, releasing a large amount of heat with low energy consumption. In some cases, when the ignition temperature is reached, there is no need for external heating, and the reaction temperature is 250-400 ℃.
RTO process principle
RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) is mainly composed of regenerator, combustion chamber and air flow switching valve. The regenerator is filled with ceramic regenerator, and the combustion chamber is equipped with a burner with proportional adjustment. There are six states of pre purge, ignition, heating, incineration, heat preservation and post purge shutdown.
RCO process principle
The structure of RCO (regenerative catalytic oxidizer) is similar to that of RTO. It consists of fixed bed, combustion chamber and a set of valve system; The difference between RCO and RTO is that there is a catalytic bed above RCO. The regenerator is filled with ceramic regenerator and catalyst, and the combustion chamber is equipped with a burner with proportional adjustment. There are six states of pre purge, ignition, heating, incineration, heat preservation and post purge shutdown.
