 1. The temperature and pressure of the flue gas
 
 The temperature and pressure of the flue gas have an influence on the corona initiation voltage, the electric field intensity on the surface of the corona electrode during the onset of the corona, the space charge density near the corona electrode, and the effective mobility of molecules and ions. For example, when the temperature increases and the pressure decreases, the density of the flue gas decreases, so that the corona initiation voltage, the surface electric field intensity of the corona electrode and the spark discharge voltage when the corona starts are reduced.
 
 When the flue gas temperature is within the range of 90∽150℃, the dust removal efficiency is better. The flue gas temperature is too high, the specific resistance of the dust decreases and the viscosity is small, the dust driving speed increases, and the dust removal efficiency decreases. Smoke temperature is too low, humidity increases, ionization weakens, corona current decreases, and dust removal efficiency decreases.

 2. Smoke and dust concentration
 
 The increase in the concentration of smoke and dust will increase the number of dust particles in the electric field, thereby inhibiting the generation of corona current and reducing the efficiency of wet electrostatic precipitator. In severe cases, the current is close to zero, that is, corona closure occurs.
 
 3.flue gas humidity
 
 The presence of moisture in the flue gas has a positive effect on the operation of electrostatic precipitator. Generally, the moisture in the flue gas is high, and the efficiency of wet electrostatic precipitator is high. However, when the moisture in the flue gas is too large, if the heat preservation of the electrostatic precipitator is not good, the flue gas temperature will reach the dew point, causing corrosion of the electrode system and the shell of the electrostatic precipitator.
